We offer global shipping for all wholesale knitwear orders.
Shipping Terms: Standard terms are FOB Guangzhou (Incoterms 2020). We can also arrange CIF or DDP upon request.
Lead Time: Bulk production typically requires 30-60 days depending on the volume.
Logistics: We work with reliable global freight forwarders to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Standard B2B Shipping Terms: Shipping costs are not included in product prices. Please contact us to get a personalized FOB or CIF freight quote based on your final order volume and destination.

We are committed to delivering high-quality knitwear that meets your exact specifications. Because all our products are custom-made OEM/ODM orders, our return policy is tailored to business-to-business manufacturing standards:
Quality Guarantee: Every batch undergoes strict QC inspection before shipment (aligned with AQL standards). If you find any manufacturing defects upon arrival, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving the goods, supported by photos or videos.
Replacements & Repairs: In the event of confirmed manufacturing defects or deviations from approved pre-production samples, we will provide a free replacement or repair the items at our cost.
Non-Returnable Items: As items are produced according to your custom designs and size specifications, we do not accept returns based on change of mind, incorrect size selection by the buyer, or discrepancies arising from unapproved design files.
Dispute Resolution: We believe in long-term partnerships. Any issues regarding bulk orders will be handled through transparent communication. We guarantee to find a fair solution, whether through replacements, partial refunds, or credit towards your next production run.

Refunds for defective items will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned goods.

We accept return requests within 7 business days of receiving the goods.

For defective items, we cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees.
