What is your minimum order quantity, and can styles be combined?
Our standard MOQ is usually 50 pieces per style and colour. Whether different styles can be combined depends on the quantities, yarn or material requirements, and production set-up.
Can you manufacture sweaters from our own design?
Yes. As a vertically integrated OEM and ODM manufacturer, we develop knitwear from tech packs, sketches, reference images or physical samples.
Can you customise logos, labels, swing tags and packaging?
Yes. We support private label and unbranded programmes, including customised logos, neck labels, care labels, swing tags and packaging to your specifications.
What determines the price of a custom sweater?
Pricing is mainly based on yarn composition, garment weight, knitting technique, finishing and order quantity. For an accurate quotation, we need your design details and required quantity.
How do I order a sample?
Once the design is confirmed, a straightforward sample is typically US$50, while more complex developments can be up to US$80. Sample development usually takes 7–12 working days after payment.
How does bulk production work?
The process covers sample development, order confirmation, deposit, yarn and trim sourcing, bulk production, quality inspection, balance payment and shipping. Bulk production usually takes around 28–35 days, depending on the style and quantity.
