Design Consultation

You provide the sweater concept, design draft, or sample. As a professional knitwear factory, we evaluate the process, calculate the cost and delivery time, and provide a preliminary quotation within 1-3 working days.
Development and Prototyping

After signing the development agreement, as an OEM/ODM partner, we proceed with process analysis, yarn selection, and the production of pre-production sweater samples, which typically takes 7-15 working days.
Sample confirmation and production preparation

You confirm the sample. We have prepared all the necessary fabrics and accessories, formulated a detailed production plan, and arranged for pre-production samples of the bulk order.
Bulk production and mid-term inspection

Enter the mass production phase. When approximately 30% of production is completed, a third-party or customer-designated inspector can be arranged to conduct an interim inspection.
Final inspection and shipment

After production is completed, a 100% quality inspection or sampling inspection according to AQL standards will be conducted. Once approved, packaging will be carried out according to the agreed method, the final payment will be made, and shipment will be arranged.
